Cenobeads Zirconium Silicate beads have a lower density, lower degree of hardness and lower crush load than Zirconia beads. It is adequate for the vertical type mills in which heavy zirconia can not be used.
Cenobeads CZS grinding media is formulated with strict process controls. CZS is superior to the other Zirconium Silicates in its mechanical properties, and with the low price and high level of efficiency, the customers are quite satisfied.

A special production process enables us to offer you a new Ceramic Bead. SiLibeads Type ZS are made of sintered Zirconium Silicate.
Compared with other Zirconium Silicate beads on the market, which are produced in a melting process, sintering minimizes air inclusions and therefore bead breakage and damage of the lining of the mill and the grinding discs.
For that reason a lot of applications exist for that special kind of grinding beads.

Generally for dispersion and particle size reduction of substances, ceramic and glass beads are used world over in high and low-speed bead mills, sand, pearl, turbo and attritor mills. Now, Zircosil beads will replace glass and most of ceramic beads due to their superior features and cost economics.
Zircosil beads are most ideally suited for dispersion and micro fine milling of low and high viscous auto and allied paints, pigments, coatings, printing inks, colours, enamels, minerals, clays, coal, graphite, dispersions, magnetic coatings for tapes, inks, dyestuff, thermal paper coatings, agrochemicals, carbon paper, typewriter ribbon coatings, photo copier toners, technical and electro ceramics and host of many other hard and soft substances requiring speedy dispersion and micro fine particle size reduction.
Since Zircosil beads are of higher density therefore, these beads are ideally suited for speedy dispersion / milling of hard and soft substances in high-low speed horizontal and vertical type bead mills, basket mills, attritor, turbo, pearl and sand mills
Being Zircosil beads of low co-efficient of friction having smooth, glossy surface it will considerably enhance the bead life and reduce on wear of mill and its expensive parts. Zircosil beads have superior impact resistance due to their uniform and dense internal microstructure.
To avoid fracture or shearing or flattening of beads, ensure that the gap between mill vessel walls, mill bottom and the mill stator agitator arms is maintained minimum 3 to 5 times larger than the average bead size. Strainer aperture should be maintained minimum 2 times smaller than the bead size.
